- A good teacher is about more than information. I say this as another petition to compel open access (OA) publishing is being promoted. A very similar petition failed in March, but this one is being pushed more effectively by the OA partisans. Meanwhile, I’m reading a book that throws a bright light on the difference between access and accessibility.
