- When I first started working for the Public Library in 2007 there were numerous things that came up over the course of my day-to-day work that were just never discussed in library school. If they were, they were not in the classes that I took. But let me tell you, if there was a “getting real” class, it should have been mandatory.

- Complaints
- Exorbitant Fines
