IBM’s academic ambitions

  • What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of IBM? Big Data? Supercomputers? Outsourcing? Start-ups? Smart Cities? And the list goes on. Indeed, it’s hard to pinpoint how many activities the tech titan involves itself with in any given year. But here’s one that you might not have guessed – education. IBM is intrinsically involved in the international higher education scene, working with over 6000 universities worldwide.
