Elsevier and US Department of Energy collaborate to increase visibility of research

  • 300,000 scientific reports from R&D projects now findable via SciVerse Hub and Scirus. Elsevier has incorporated 300,000 full-text technical reports from the Office of Scientific Technical Information (OSTI) at the US Department of Energy (DOE) into its free scientific search tools: SciVerse Hub and Scirus. This addition will enable researchers around the world to search documents from laboratories affiliated with the DOE. OSTI collects, preserves and disseminates DOE-sponsored research results from research and development (R&D) projects and other funded activities at DOE labs throughout the United States, and from grantees at universities and other institutions.
