Text Mining and Scholarly Publishing Report by Publishing Research Consortium

The report answers some basic, but often misunderstood, questions such as “what is text mining?” and “what is data mining?”, to bring clarity to a confused subject area. In addition, the report looks at why to mine, how to mine and how publishers can go about supporting text mining. There are also some case studies to illustrate how this is happening in the real world and is packaged neatly in just 20 pages. Very useful!
