Undocumented migrant children in the EU


This guide provides an overview over undocumented migrant children’s “triple vulnerability”, as defined by the Council of Europe: ‘as migrants, as persons in an irregular situation and as children’. The paper assesses the conflict between the need for migration control and for defending human rights, and offers suggestions on how MS could harmonise morality with law.
