metaBUS, our goals are to change the speed and collaboration of science in the field of Human Resource Management. We have generated a map of the HR field are linking that map to more than a million research findings. The data will be available to all researchers to generate instant meta-analyses with a myriad of analytic and moderator options. To readily translate research findings into practice, we are also developing a software interface specifically for HR practitioners.
We are refining a comprehensive semantic taxonomy of more than 4,000 HR-related constructs and variables, a feat yet to be realized by any social science domain. Research findings are classified according to the taxonomy and a variety of metadata to achieve a never-before-seen level of research curation.
