Kenan Doğulu performed at “1 Festival İzmir” in İzmir Ahmed Adnan Saygun Arts Center with ‘Kenan Doğulu Swings With Blue In Green Big Band’ project. Kenan Doğulu sang his famous songs’ big band arrangements, among them Tutamıyorum Zamanı, Aşk ile Yap, Güzeller İçinden, Kurşun Adres Sormaz Ki and Pamuk. The arrangements of the songs were made by Giampaolo Casati, Furio di Castri and Maurizio Gianmarco; the maestro of Rome Big Band who has previously worked with Chet Baker, Lester Bowie, Dave Liebman and Paolo Fresu. The musical director of the concert is G. Verdi Torino Conservatory’s Jazz Departmant’s chief Furio di Castri, who has worked with Chet Baker, Michael Brecker, John Scofield, Michel Petrucciani and Joe Henderson. The maestro is Giampaolo Casati, who has worked with Ralph Moore, Carla Bley, Tullio De Piscopo and Riccardo Zegna.
