#COVID-19 research release 7: the impact on working professionals

series 7

Today marks the seventh release of our dedicated research into the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the global landscape.

This time, we’ve decided to explore how the crisis is affecting the modern workplace. With most businesses having made the radical shift to working from home, it’s crucial to understand what challenges are facing employees, and what it takes in this climate to boost productivity and motivation. It has been a huge challenge for all of us, and as a founder I cannot recall a more challenging operational situation.

This research, fielded between April 8-14 in the U.S. and UK tells us:

  • Maintaining communication proves the biggest challenge for many.
  • Training and education is key for maintaining a fully remote workforce.
  • While challenging, working from home has its rewards.
