Conversations on re-opening #PublicLibraries after #COVID-19 (#webinar)

The directors of Utrecht, Cologne, and Aarhus public libraries, share their experiences of re-opening their library services under different constraints and regulations prompted by questions from Storyhouse in Chester and Manchester public libraries as the UK anticipates opening their libraries.

The discussion covers, managing the physical spaces, how staff are coping and the strategies that support them, as well as patrons concerns and needs. The discussion also considers how to communicate the libraries essential role, whilst having such a restricted service possibility.
