After a difficult year in 2020 due to the pandemic, the tech recruitment market bounced back in 2021. Demand for and hiring of tech professionals are on the rise again, as are salaries, which have reached — or even overtaken — pre-crisis levels. Remote work and hybrid organisations are the norm in a very large number of tech companies in Europe, and the freelance market has continued to grow.
